At the close of Super Tuesday, it was reported that while Obama had won more states, Hillary Clinton was still in the lead for the number of delegates. This probably left you feeling confused on the inside, your innards in utter turmoil. After all, it was still too close to truly call who'll end up with the nomination, but for those with an Obama preference, it didn't feel good to see Hillary still edging him out.
But wait...what's that you say, Politico?
Obama is actually leading in the number of delegates now? 847-834? A small but nevertheless significant lead? As in, the gap is closed, and the other racehorse has pulled ahead?
Oh my stars and garters!
Look to the end of the Politico article and you'll see Clinton supporters crying about the votes in Michigan and Florida not counting (unfair to the voters themselves, yes, but perhaps their party leaders will be dissuaded from breaking DNC rules nest time), where Hillary went against the agreement not to campaign.
In addition, you'll find those supporters crying that Hillary would be faring even better if she weren't so mistreated by the media--you know, the media who handed her gobs of votes on a silver platter by repeatedly broadcasting her "crying" episode, conveniently scheduled just before a primary vote.

Sad is the day when i have to go to Googles main page to get my update on the race for the presidency instead of coming to the Diaries...It makes me want to revoke my membership!..Is the passion gone?
