Denial Ain't Just a River in Egypt

Today is the day that Barack Obama's been waiting for: he has gained the requisite number of delegates to secure the Democratic party's nomination for president. Democrats everywhere are happy that this long, uphill battle between the two candidates has come to a close.

But there's still one person who hasn't received the news that the race is over. Unfortunately, it's Hillary Clinton. Maybe someone will call her at 3 a.m. to let her know.

Stubborn as the party emblem, she still refuses to concede. "This has been a long campaign, and I will be making no decisions tonight," she said earlier today.

Can someone please explain to me what she's waiting for, and what "decision" needs to be made?

What's more, according to the Associated Press, she's "open" to running as VP, despite the fact that Obama would probably be better off running with the ghost of Richard Nixon. Then again... keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer!

Just kidding.
