Swan Song

Ok, so Hillary Clinton won today's primary in Pennsylvania, 54%-46% (as of "press time" on this site). Does it really matter anymore? If you haven't noticed, even I have tired of watching the Race for the White House™ these days. Sometimes I can't believe that there are even still enough journalists interested in the race to analyze, analyze, analyze it to death.

Even after tonight's win, Barack Obama is leading with 1,679 delegates to her 1,541. (Who needs you, Pennsylvania?) At this point, all she could possibly be counting on is a win by some sort of backdoor swindling, such as her much-hoped-for "win" in Florida and Michigan, or by poaching superdelegates whose local voters went for Obama. There is no other road but the low road for her now, and while she has every right to stay in the race, it's not even fun to watch anymore.

Ok Amber, you know i always avoid politics at any cost due to the fact that i always like to take the opposite side of any debate (because i am a jerk like that..you know) and the other night i found myself at a point of such sickness that i may swear off all 3 candidates. As you may know, a guilty pleasure of mine is wrestling. Yes i know it is fake, but to a point i find it quite humor ridden to the point that it allows me to endulge my white trash side. Anyway, getting to the jist of the matter...Whom or "whoms" would grace my fine 3 hour episode of evolution reduction...all three presidential candidates. I hold the presidency in high regard, probably a lot more than most of what i call "suicidal" political people, and to see what i had to see the other night left me in a rage. All three candidates, that i agree of course, came on to speak to all WWE fans about what they want to see done for "their" government. I found all three to have solid (if not broad) answers, HOWEVER the fact that all three would deface the intelligence of the presidency (bush pun not needed) draws my critical eye. (At this point you are saying, dang Nick, write a blog instead of filling up mine) The "candidates" decided to use key "Catch-Phrases" of past great wrestlers to get their point across. As you may guess it only placed the image of 4 more years of a severe lack of intelligence of all 3 candidates. Seeing how i consider you the roll model for my political needs, i feel that it is up to you to take care of this matter by the weekend so that i will go from total nauseous to just a little green in the face.
Your expediated response and handling of the matter is expected.
Thanks for your concerns, and help.
