My mom and I attended an open house today at the teacher supply store. Just for showing up, you got a bag with miscellaneous supplies--pencils, pens, notepads, stickers, etc. We passed on the opportunity to wait in a half-hour line to get additional pencils, pens, notepads, and stickers.
Unfortunately, I sadly realized that I have joined the ranks of teachers everywhere: I got kind of excited over something as small as pencils, pens, notepads, and stickers.
But as a certain wise old teacher put it, "You know, they could put sh!t in a bag, tie it up with a bow, and teachers would line up to get it."

That teacher who made that comment was indeed wise, but undoubtedly not old!
By the way, you HAVE worn an ABC jumper. (Just not as a teacher. Remember?)
